These terms cover purchases from Tommy Day Art. By placing an order, you agree to the order details shown at checkout and the policies linked from this site.

Artwork and product availability

Originals are one-of-one pieces. Prints, cards, and paper goods may be produced in small batches. Availability can change, and an order is not final until checkout is complete.

Preorders

Preorder items are paid for at checkout and produced after the preorder window closes. Estimated ship dates are good-faith estimates and may shift if production or packaging takes longer than expected.

Colors and images

Product photos are meant to represent the artwork as clearly as possible, but screen color, paper texture, and handmade materials can vary.

Copyright

Buying an original, print, card, or paper good does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights. Artwork images may not be reused commercially without written permission.
