Shipping & Returns

Tommy Day Art orders ship from Indianapolis, Indiana. Prints, cards, and flat originals are packed flat with care.

Preorders

Preorder items are produced after the preorder window closes. The current launch preorder is expected to ship around Late June 2026. If timing changes, order updates will be sent by email.

Shipping

Standard U.S. shipping is $7.95. Orders over $50 ship free. Orders that contain preorder items may ship together when the preorder batch is ready.

Local handoff

If you know Tommy in real life, a local handoff / pickup option may be available at checkout. Use that option only if you can coordinate pickup in or around Indianapolis.

Returns and exchanges

Because originals, prints, cards, and preorder goods are small-batch items, returns and exchanges are handled case by case. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, email hey@tommyday.com within 7 days of delivery.

Damaged packages

Keep the packaging and send photos of the damage, the package, and the item. That makes it much easier to sort out a replacement, refund, or carrier claim.
